Ways of Working

Different containers for different moments.

I work with people and organizations at moments of transition — when something is ending, something new is forming, or existing ways of thinking no longer fit the reality on the ground.

Not all moments need the same kind of support.

  • Some need deliberation.

  • Some need long-form accompaniment.

  • Some need insight at speed.

  • Some need making, play, and shared imagination.

The work below reflects that.

  • Thinking in Company

A facilitated thinking practice for moments when deciding alone no longer works.

Inner Council is for people who don’t need advice, fixing, or motivation — they need company while they think. It brings multiple perspectives into the room, including a carefully designed reflective AI, and creates a structured space where complexity can be held without being rushed.

  • Gentle Rewilding

One-to-One Coaching for Women in Transition

Gentle Rewilding is long-form, relational coaching for women who are shedding an old identity and learning how to inhabit a new one.

This work is slower and deeper than Inner Council. It combines futures thinking, reflective dialogue, creative practices, and careful attention to the nervous system. We work with both vision and reality — not rushing toward a “new self,” but allowing one to emerge with integrity.

    This is not optimization.

    It is accompaniment.

  • Making Futures With Children & Families

Craftist-in-Residence is a creative, futures-oriented offering for children and families, rooted in making, play, and shared imagination. I work directly with schools and other organisations who provide enrichment for kids. I can also deliver bespoke packages for birthday parties.

Through hands-on crafting, storytelling, and gentle futures thinking, children are invited to explore possibility, agency, and care — not through screens or instruction, but through materials, conversation, and joy.

This work treats children as capable sense-makers and families as future-shaping systems.

It is playful, grounded, and quietly profound. No one leaves empty handed, everyone takes something they made, home.

  • Wild Insights is my enterprise-facing practice, delivering fast, high-quality insight for organizations navigating uncertainty, change, or strategic inflection points — particularly in the U.S. market.

This work is bespoke for each client but can include the A-Z management of market research projects across the USA and including moderation and reporting, or, perhaps, the design and delivery of futures thinking and design thinking workshops.

How These Fit Together

These offerings are distinct, but they share a common philosophy:

  • thinking is relational

  • care is methodological

  • futures are shaped through attention, not force

  • making and meaning belong together

Some people encounter my work through enterprise projects.

Some through personal transitions.

Some through children and families.

There is no ladder and no funnel.

The work is not to move people through a system.

The work is to meet people where they are — and offer the right container for that moment.

Not Sure Where You Fit?

If you’re unsure which container is right — or whether any of them are — we can have a short conversation to orient together.

No pressure.

No sales choreography.

Just a pause to think.
