One-to-One Coaching for Women experiencing life transition

Gentle Rewilding is a long-form, one-to-one coaching experience for women who are stepping out of an old identity and into something not yet fully formed.

This work is for moments when:

  • a former role no longer fits

  • an intellectual or creative life wants to expand

  • a business idea, research project, or practice is calling

  • certainty has gone quiet, but something meaningful is stirring

Rather than rushing toward clarity or reinvention, Gentle Rewilding creates the conditions for something truer — and more durable — to emerge.
Uniquely, I feel, we capture each session on a shared virtual whiteboard, enabling us both to document what we discuss, and a space where I always share the content for each session ahead of time, and any in between thinking or making that is suggested, not directed!

How the Work Feels

Gentle Rewilding is spacious, thoughtful, and materially grounded.

We work through conversation, futures thinking, reflective inquiry, and creative practice. Sessions are paced to support both imagination and nervous-system regulation. There is room for grief, ambition, curiosity, and doubt — none of which are treated as problems to fix.

This is not optimization.

It is accompaniment.

A Distinctive Focus: Making What You Are Becoming

A defining feature of Gentle Rewilding is its emphasis on artifact generation.

Change becomes real when it takes form.

Depending on where you are and what you are working toward, this may include:

  • drafting or reshaping an academic or professional paper

  • developing a new business concept or intellectual offering

  • creating frameworks, language, or methods that didn’t exist before

  • beginning a new creative practice or area of mastery

  • producing tangible outputs that hold your thinking in place

Artifacts act as companions. They allow you to return, revise, and deepen your work over time — rather than abandoning insight once a session ends.

This is futures thinking made durable.

What We Work With

Gentle Rewilding draws from:

  • futures thinking and scenario work

  • reflective dialogue and pattern recognition

  • feminist and materialist perspectives on care and knowledge

  • creative and intellectual making as a form of thinking

  • attention to pace, embodiment, and context

We look not only at what you want to build, but how you want to live while building it.

Who This Is For

Gentle Rewilding tends to resonate with women who:

  • are highly intelligent and deeply reflective

  • feel called toward meaningful work rather than status alone

  • are navigating identity shifts, burnout, or reorientation

  • want support that respects complexity rather than simplifying it

  • are ready to take themselves seriously without becoming rigid

This is a relationship, not a quick intervention.

What You Leave With

Over time, clients typically leave with:

  • a renewed sense of direction and authorship

  • concrete intellectual or creative outputs

  • language for who they are becoming

  • a way of thinking they can trust again

Gentle Rewilding is not about becoming someone else.

It’s about coming back into alignment with who you already are — and what you’re capable of building next.
