Inner Council - Thinking in Company
Decisions don’t need certainty.
They need company.
Inner Council is a facilitated thinking practice for moments when deciding alone no longer works.
Rather than trying to quiet your mind or push toward a solution, we slow things down and bring multiple perspectives into the room — including yours, mine, and a carefully designed reflective AI.
My role is dual. I facilitate the process in real time, and I also build a bespoke Inner Council GPT for each client.
This GPT is not generic. It is shaped around the influences, tensions, and questions that matter in your situation — some familiar and reassuring, others deliberately uncomfortable.
The aim is not to outsource thinking to AI, but to create a wider field of counsel than most people can access on their own.
Why Inner Council Is Different
Most decision-making tools separate reflection from action, or replace human judgment with speed and certainty.
Inner Council holds both.
I convene and protect the process, ensuring no single voice dominates, while the AI functions as a reflective presence — tracking patterns, slowing the pace, and surfacing what tends to get missed when pressure is high.
Because the council is designed specifically for you, the work is precise without being prescriptive. What emerges is not an answer handed down from authority, but a shift in how the question itself is understood.
People leave with orientation rather than resolution, and with a renewed trust in their own thinking.
