What the Process Looks Like
Inner Council unfolds in three deliberately paced stages. Nothing is rushed. Nothing is outsourced.
I’ll say this first, because, at least for me, what something costs, is a key consideration. The whole experience with everything included is charged at USD 600 at the time of confirming.
1. Framing the Question
60 minutes · live
We begin with a conversation.
This is not an intake and it’s not a coaching session. It’s a careful orientation to the situation you’re in |
— what’s actually at stake, where tension is coming from, and which voices are already shaping your thinking.
Together, we:
clarify the real question (often not the obvious one)
surface the perspectives, commitments, fears, and pressures in play
notice where thinking has become circular, collapsed, or overburdened
You don’t need to arrive with clarity.
You just need to arrive honestly.
The outcome of this session is a well-held question — not a solution.
2. Designing Your Inner Council
Behind the scenes
After our first session, I design a bespoke Inner Council GPT specifically for you and your question.
This is careful, human work — not automation.
I configure the GPT to include:
the voices and perspectives we identified together
relevant thinkers, frameworks, or reference points you already use
additional voices that introduce depth, friction, or care
prompts that resist premature answers and surface patterns instead
I also design the structure of the deliberation itself — how voices are invited in, how tensions are held, and how the conversation is slowed enough to become meaningful.
You don’t see this stage happening — but you feel it when we meet again.
3. Convening the Inner Council
90 minutes · live
This is the core session.
We convene the Inner Council together. You enter as one voice among many — not as a problem to be solved, and not as a subject being analyzed.
I facilitate the process and protect the structure.
The AI participates as a reflective presence — noticing patterns, asking clarifying questions, and holding complexity without steering toward an answer.
No single voice dominates.
Nothing is forced to resolve.
The aim is not decision-making by decree, but:
broadening the field of thought
restoring orientation
allowing the question itself to shift
Most people are surprised by how quiet and steady this feels.
After the Council
Following the session, you receive:
an edited transcript of the Inner Council conversation
a concise orientation summary highlighting key tensions, insights, and signals
optional reflections generated from specific council voices, if useful
These are not instructions.
They are materials you can return to.
Some people book a follow-up session weeks or months later.
Some don’t.
Either is success.
How Long It Takes
From start to finish, the process typically unfolds over 2–3 weeks, depending on availability and pacing.
Framing session: 60 minutes
Council session: 90 minutes
Design work happens in between
Follow-up materials are delivered shortly after the council
This is intentionally not a one-hour intervention.
Thinking that matters takes a little time.
